The Electronics/Electrical Technologies Program provides students with training in the principles of electricity/electronics with emphasis in the following areas: *DC Electronics, *AC Electronics, Residential Wiring, Industrial Electronics, Home Technology Integration (HTI). The Niles program includes Robotics, while the Benton Harbor program includes an introduction to A+ certification.

The Electrical Systems Technician may work in a wide variety of positions including: Residential or Industrial Electrician, Industrial Electronics, Home Technology Installer/Maintainer, Communications Systems Installer/Maintainer and Robotics Technician.
Employment in the Electrical Systems field is projected to grow with growth in the new residential housing market and increased use of technology in industrial automation.
